I'm Marissa
I am originally I am from Huntsville, Alabama, lived in LA and NYC for about 6 years and just moved back to Alabama to be closer to family!
Basically, I design screens for a living! This past year I founded a design agency, Palette & Flow Studio and currently, I have been working on website localized in 11 languages. I have really enjoyed the opportunity to design for global audiences, and appreciate the attention required to make thoughtful, universal design decisions at scale.
I value strategic thinking about the entire product to inform and shape my designs. For desktop/mobile I use Webflow to bring designs to life, and I love it because of the freedom of customization.
When I am not designing, I am probably working on my sourdough recipe because I am fully in my baking era.
