I'm Marissa
I am originally I am from Huntsville, Alabama (where rockets are made) but now living in the Upper East Side of Manhattan (the big apple)!
Basically, I design screens for a living! This past year I have been busy working on designing a website for a client that is localized in 11 different languages. I have really enjoyed the opportunity to design for global audiences, and appreciate the attention required to make thoughtful, universal design decisions at scale.
I value strategic thinking about the entire product to inform and shape my designs. For desktop/mobile I use Webflow to bring designs to life, and I love it because of the freedom of customization.
When I am not designing, I am probably working on my sourdough recipe because I am fully in my baking era.
